Prices listed on our website or shared by our representatives are subject to change without prior notice. Full payment or advance payment may be required before the tour. Any additional services not included in the package will be charged separately.
Cancellation and refund policies vary depending on the tour and timing of cancellation. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in partial or full charges. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within a reasonable timeframe using the original payment method.
Tour itineraries are subject to change due to traffic conditions, weather, government regulations, or operational requirements. Such changes do not qualify for refunds unless the tour is canceled entirely by Royal Edge Tourism LLC.
Guests must follow safety instructions provided by drivers, guides, or instructors at all times. Participation in adventure activities is at the guest’s own risk. Certain tours may not be suitable for children, pregnant women, or guests with medical conditions. It is the guest’s responsibility to disclose any health concerns prior to booking.
Royal Edge Tourism LLC shall not be held responsible for any loss, injury, accident, delay, or damage caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, traffic, natural events, or third-party service providers.
Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. Royal Edge Tourism LLC is not liable for loss, theft, or damage of personal items during the tour.
Guests are expected to respect local laws, customs, traditions, and cultural norms of the UAE. Any inappropriate behavior may result in immediate termination of the tour without refund.
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of UAE courts.
